Jordan Piening

Jordan Piening is the Director of Road Performance Evaluation at Transportation Research Center Inc. (TRC), North America’s most comprehensive independent automotive testing facility. With over a decade of experience leading vehicle testing and validation programs, she oversees TRC’s second-largest service group, directing multidisciplinary teams responsible for complex performance evaluations across on-road, off-road, regulatory, and durability disciplines. Her leadership combines technical expertise with strategic vision, advancing TRC’s capabilities in data-driven vehicle testing and customer-focused innovation. Throughout her tenure, Jordan has partnered with OEMs, suppliers, and research organizations to translate evolving safety technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), into rigorous, repeatable test methodologies that enhance industry understanding and confidence. A strategic advocate for collaboration and continuous improvement, she is dedicated to strengthening the connection between testing and validation, product development, and real-world vehicle performance.
